Foot Path

Had to pull a picture from last month. Been busy with storm preparation here.
As most of you can see on the News, we are about to get slammed with Hurricane Harvey.
Now Cat 2 but will be Cat 3 by this evening when it comes ashore. And prediction of 35 inches of rain to come over next 3 days.
I'm hoping we don't lose our power for too long. We have Hurricane Shutters and supplies and always purchase Federal Flood Insurance as matter of course.
We are far enough inland that we won't have storm surge, which is predicted to be 17 feet. We are at 25 ft above sea level.
Sad for my friends who live along the immediate coast. All been evacuated, but property and ranch animals are at risk.
Say a PRAYER.

Oh Lynn - yes I heard about the hurricane in the radio, I keep my fingers crossed!!!
In my country we had the day before yesterday and yesterday movements landslides, and debris and mud flows.
Fortunately my area has been spared. Just some thunderstorms.

Immediately thought of you when I saw the news report; I hope it turns out to be weaker than predicted. Stay dry...

Terrific shot and cleverly done for this challenge. We've been hearing about the hurricane up here, and hoping it is not nearly as bad as they think. Stay safe. V
