January 17

Sugar Land, Texas

Condensation makes a nice abstract when you're hunting for your PaD photo. I recommend you review this photo in Original size.
Mostly a day of watching football and cooking.
In the morning, I had to take Finn to the Emergency Vet for a bladder infection.
He is much better tonight after getting started on antibiotics.

This worked out well given the mixture of light and shade behind it. That helps the shape of the drops and the passage of the light through them to be brought into play. I find that car window condensation and traffic make a good combination too since you typically get a bunch of tail lights and traffic lights behind the drops. The problem is that I'm usually driving and taking a shot of that kind isn't worth the insurance excess if I run up the back of someone.

A nice addition to your gallery. There are sure days that force you to photograph something you wouldn't normally.

Poor Finn. But he should start feeling better now with the antibiotics. Love this photo with the intense texture. Almost like a living thing! V

I'm glad to hear your pet (?) is better. Never a fun experience. This is very clever - I love all the detail and lighting highlights. ~BV~
