This Anole lost his tail - most likely to a bird. He escaped - Free!
A new tail has grown back, but as you can see... it's gray.
It doesn't have the Chameleon-like ability to change color like the rest of the Anole does.
Anoles can change colors between green, brown and gray.
I believe the new tail will eventually change color.
