Half Blown Away

Sugar Land, Texas

We are having a storm. Tropical Storm Bill.
My roses were out in the strong winds last night.
Today we had a lot of rain and now expect more tonight.
But we were spared from the bad flooding that went 60 miles west.

Oh - your little rose looks a bit sad and rather destroyed…
Poor thing!

Good to know your safe and roses being strong will be flowering again before you blink. I love it's imperfect look. V

I'm glad you didn't get the flooding, although the rain doesn't sound like much fun. A sad but lovely capture of this half blown away rose. V.
