Daylight Savings Time changes suck.
I swear I spent an hour changing clocks and watches.
And... now, it will be pitch dark when I get off from work at 6 p.m.

I know what you mean. I don't care if I gain or lose an hour, it always messes up my internal clock.

I had a very long discusion with a farmer about this- it's an old legacy that needs to be abolished! Statistics show a INCREASE in traffic accdenct in the Spring time. I increase (documented) in heart attackes around this time of the year too.. My youngest just thinks its wacked! (serious) try explaiing time space continuum to a 11 year old.
