Tom and I stayed over night in Galveston. We had a free room from points accumulated in our travels during the past year.
Last night, we went to the Festival of Lights and ate supper at our favorite pizza restaurant, Mario's on 61st St.
Tis the season for lots of SNOWBIRDS here in south Texas. We saw plenty of Canadians and met some folks from
Kentucky, Indiana, New York and Nebraska who were also staying at our hotel. All of the RV parks are filled with motorhomes with Northern plates.
