We had a huge eagle here yesterday and just as I focused he fluffed his feathers and flew off :( I love this pretty bird!

Handsome Bird! Great Shot. Is he native to your area or an escapee from someone's home? The only birds like that we have in Connecticut are invasive Monk Parakeets.
