Frozen Rose

My Yard, Sugar Land TX

We had some unusual weather yesterday. I covered all of my tropical plants, but there was nothing I could do to protect my roses.
I lost hundreds of beautiful flowers. :(

It looks like it has been dipped in sugar. The top edges of the petals look particularly lovely.
