I don't drink soft drinks very often ...... except a hot dog and a coke at Costco every now and then. These machines vend cokes at a cost of a few cents per drink. Then ... they charge you a dollar or more and complain about people taking free refills!

I've never seen a place in the UK that offers free re-fills. This guy obviously has had a load of hassle in the past.
