Only the head of this 12 foot alligator is visible as he waits at the river bank. He had been growling and shaking a bit earlier. Part of the mating ritual.
It is a bit blurry because the boat was moving. Very hard to get a decent telephoto shot
when the boat is drifting, but I thought this one was interesting enough to post.
