A dream come true!! As we stepped off the plane, I could hardly believe we were here! Daniel, from Micato picked us up at the airport, registered us at the Grand Regency Hotel, and turned us over to Kennedy, from Waymark Safaris for a wonderful adventurous day being up close and personal to all kinds of animals. The highlight was hugging the three cheetahs at the Kenya Wildlife Animal Orphanage that was arranged by Kennedy of Waymark Safaris.

Hi, hope you are checking back on this site, as I didn't see an email address or anything to reply to - Kennedy is one of the most wonderful people that I know, and Nairobi, as well as East Africa in general is VERY safe. Kennedy will take very good care of you & your family. You will see pictures of him and his family in all three of my Africa galleries, we have visited him (and East Africa) 3 times, the most recent last month. Email me at 'lynda d swain at telus dot net' for more info (no spaces or underscores, just didn't want bug crawlers to pick it us & send me junk). I'll be glad to either call you, or email you for any info you want on Africa!

we need to arrange transportation from the Nairoi airport to a hotel in Nairobi and have contacted Kennedy. He is able to do it but just want to confrim with someone that he made you feel safe etc... we are a family with kids and first time to Africa- people we know say we are crazy for visiting there because it is unsafe. He seems very nice and helpful- just would like to clarify. Thanks
