They serve soup, salads, starters, a main course and dessert - all delicious!
I can't say for sure this was the menus, but it was posted on their website about a year before we left. For sure the main course was the same - that chicken was delicious!

Soups -Lentil or Spiced Shor bat Adas (we had lentil, that I knew at least)
Salads - Tomato and onion or Fresh Garden
Starters - Harees/Kibbeh/Sambousek/Houmous/Tabouli
Main - Traditional Ouzi/Chicken Kabobs/Lamb cooked under the sand/Vegetable and Ouzi Rice
Dessert - Fruit Salad /Lgeimat
