Cruising the Golfo Dulce, April 28, 2012

Today was a lovely relaxing, but fun day at sea. In the afternoon, Jim and I hosted a 'kid's packaging' party for any of the Cruise Critic Roll Callers who wanted to help us put together the 'kid's packs'. Lots of people had brought stuff for us to package up a goody bag each for 300 children that lived around the dump in a city in Nicaragua, that we would be taking to them via a fire truck, on Monday. The outpouring of donations was incredible - we had tons of crayons, colouring books, markers, pencils, erasers, balloons, stickers, hair accessories, band aids, puzzles, fire-truck cut outs, notebooks & all kinds of good stuff!
