We have several baskets of these orchids in the back yard. They are quite spectacular with the strongest perfume you can imagine. They only last a week and that is it for the year. They emerge in January (Summer here),normally in pairs, through the bottom of the wire basket. I have processed an older photo to get it as close to the real thing as possible.
