This set of photos is from the Galleta Meadows Sky Art in Borrego Springs California. There are dozens of sculptures in and around Borrego Springs created by Ricardo Breceda. The sculptures are inspired by the fossils found around Borrego Springs, the history of the Anaz-Borrego Desert, and fantasy.

Borrego Spring is also a Dark-Sky Community. A Dark-Sky community that has shown dedication to preserve the night sky though the enforcement of lighting codes and other activities. This make for good conditions for night time photography.
