This image is not of a castle but the tower of a very old school. It was converted to b/w and then the contrast was upped using Flaming Pear's Mr. Contrast filter.

Very intersting image - the contrast has certainly heightened the texture. I began to wonder if it was a model at one point. Nice shot.

Interesting effect. The odd thing to my eye (and I'm not say it's bad) is the way the perspective flattens on this. Almost headed in a cubist direction. ;-)
