I obviously have a great deal of catching up to do, but it can wait until tomorrow. This photo was taken a couple of weeks ago, during the first day of our holiday in Normandy. The cows in this shot were extremely curious and occupied a field at the end of the driveway into our temporary home near the village of St Marrs d'Egrenne (twinned with Aldeia Viçosa in Portugal, btw). They were an extremely friendly group, who followed me as I walked along the road during my initial exploration of our new surroundings. They seemed particularly interested in the camera, and were perfectly content to pose for me. The weather being so hot, and me being from a cold climate, I couldn't stay too long before having to return to the cottage for a very cold panaché! More from Normandy in the coming days.
