Oh, happy day!

27 August 2005

485
Today was a good day. I woke up, put on Soccer AM (thank God for the new footie season!), then had my seriously healthy breakfast of two low fat yoghurts, a banana, grilled bacon, fried egg, orange juice, toast and coffee (I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it). The usual argument with the entity occupying my son's body ensued before he set off to the cinema to meet his friends and I took the vacuum cleaner outside to clean the inside of the car whilst listening to the Orcs being turned over in Castle Greyskull by the team supported by Irvine Walsh (author of Trainspotting, amongst other works). Tomorrow we are having home-made rhubarb crumble... which I will eat whilst watching Celtic (fingers' crossed) move above R*****s in the league. Perhaps I've died and gone to Heaven.

Last year I attempted 3D pseudo-lomography

I had to read this at breakfast time. :) The setting sun on the seeding flower promises a new season of beauty. Of course, it's a long time off but you can always look at this over the winter to remember.

Very beautifully this dark silhouette before the bright background. Good composed.
