Always check your ISO before pressing the shutter... After 20 years as a photographer I still forget to do that. This did not need to be at ISO640, and it did not need to be underexposed. I was in too much of a rush to get the dog before it ran away. As it transpired, I eventually had to chase it back to its owners.
