The sun was shining and, what's more, it was even quite warm. We decided to make the most of the spring sunshine, which each year offers us the promise of the summer we'll never have, and head off to the infeasibly beautiful East Neuk of Fife: Crail, to be precise. I loaded up with Nikon, monopod, circular polariser, neutral density grad filter and an 18mm lens. On arrival at our photogenic destination I realised I had forgotten to bring any memory cards. Luckily I remembered to bring the back up pocket point-n-shoot. Better than nothing, I suppose.
