This morning I did a very wet hike from Clingman's Dome parking lot to Andrew's Bald.

The trail is only 1.8 miles one way but about .7 miles of it a stream has diverged itself onto the trail. Since this trail is already very rocky it required careful footing to get out to the bald.

I would have loved to have shot this at f/11 but I didn't have my tripod with me so this was hand held and I had to reach thru some low ground shrubs to get this clear shot. I couldn't walk any closer or I would have stepped on other plants.
