To make the Circles, crop your photo into a square, then click Filter>distort>Polar Coordinates>check Polar to Rectangular. Now rotate the photo 180 degrees and go back to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates> check Rectangular to Polar. There...you have a Circle.


And once you've gotten familiar with making the circles, add the Kaleidoscope action, found at: http://www.mehdiplugins.com/index.htm You can apply the Kaleidoscope before the last 'distort>polor coordinates'> for an effect like in 6347... and then you have formed a CirKal.
