Thats correct it is rats bay behind him on the end of j.p knights tugs

That camera in young Phillips hand looks like a V.p. Twin. with a bloomed "Bolco" lens, Trev. I've still got mine including case. And that must be "Rats Bay" behind the lads, it was between the pier and the dockyard.
