i remember Mr and Mrs Lodge owned the cafe just there on the right they own it for years all my childhood think janet runs it now ( there daughter )....i always remember the hotdogs and the hamburgers....best in the world

I used to be a deck chair attendant here in 1964 and 1965. My best ever take was around 19 quid at 9d a go. I bet you don't get many people sitting in deck chairs here nowadays. They are all sitting on the beach in Florida.
