Springtime in Harney County

The weather out here changes in a flash--and I have tried to capture it as best I can. Today alone (April 1, 2006) we have had, in this order: snow, sunshine, rain, hail, sunshine, hail, sunshine, snow and sunshine again. So far. The photos in this gallery were all taken on same day and placed in the gallery in the order taken. Also, all of these shots were taken at Cyndy's from the back yard.

The weather today seems to take delight in the fact it is April Fool's Day and is putting on quite a show. The old cliche for Oregon weather is definitely holding true today. "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute and it will change."
