Ok so I'll come clean..... I started to make my lazyman's scrambled eggs.... spray the pan with cooking spray drop a few eggs in add a little water, pepper, salt and cheese... I noticed how interesting they looked so I ran to get my camera... in the time it took me to get set up and move my salt and pepper they started to whiten up a little... usually their much more scrambled by the time they're cooked this much. They were still yummy. So everyone come on down, up and/or over, bring some bacon... and I'll make some more. :-) BTW There was no sunlight out yet...I just used the regular kitchen lights, which happen to be flourescents.

I agree with Karen's question-how did you flip them? Of course, I'm an awful short-order cook and never have pretty fried eggs.
Guest 16-Oct-2004 13:30
Yum....are there any left for me??

Nothing beats a cholesterol shot in the morning.

Yum!!! I am on my way.

Nice color and clarity. How did you get the light on the eggs? Looks like sunlight? By a window? I've never tried to scramble eggs this way. I always mix them up before I put them in the pan. I'll have to try it your way. And I agree with the bacon requirement, sort of.

Eggs without bacon is like a pee without a farth, we use to say here. I love eggs and bacon and even better with smoked salmon.

Sure Laine, come on over :-)....... I scrambled them Karen :-)

Can I have some of your baked bread with the eggs & tea in one of those teacups ? If so, I'll be right there :>)

Looks good. But I'd like to know how you flipped them?:) I like your salt and pepper shaker too.
