Heartbroken by the passing of autumn

Actually I faked this one.
The right half of the heart wasn’t there.
I traced and copied some of the left part.
Then I pasted it into a blank page.
I then flopped it and tilted it about 60 degrees and copied it back into the original twice.
I made the first copy black and white, darkened it, cloned out the leaf veins
and made it about 20% transparent (that’s the shadow).
Left the second copy in full color, softened the edges a little and placed it on top of the fake shadow.
