The coat tails of winter lay still tangled in the eves and steeples of our little New England towns.
He refuses to tear them free.
And spring, she shivers still beneath the ice.

This is superb. Everything works together - the arcs in the sky and on the pond, the "breakthroughs" of light in both, the tones. Well done!

cold....blue....even works split in the middle; nice lines in the clouds repeated in the ice. Now I remember why I moved down here to the Sunshine State :^)
