Traditionally "Rally Day" has been the day when we call our children back to Sunday school after the summer recess. In past years we have done this by serving breakfast, but this year the Shepherds of Ministry decided to celebrate Rally Day with an all church picnic to help us honor our wonderful kids as the vital part of our congregation that they are. The picnic followed our worship service on September 9th. God blessed us with a glorious day and I think we all had a great time. Our clown Ministry was there doing balloon animals and hats, we played volleyball, there was a moonwalk, an egg toss, horseshoes, and of course it wouldn't be a proper Methodist celebration without lots of great food.
