Raking the Roof

After having 15 inches of snow yesterday, I decided I'd better get some of the
snow removed from the roof before ice dams starting forming along the eves. So that
operation became my photo for today.

wow... that is quite a bit of snow... we haven't had much yet - it is a bit more temperate near the coast here...

Don't scratch the shingles too much...they are as fragile as glass when cold.
