Oops, sorry! I was a little to fast here, I see now that this is an Australian bird :-/
I was mistaken, as it resembles very much the European Spotted Flycatcher (Muscicapa striata) at first glance.
Well, shit happens ;) Nice capture none the less!
Nice lighting! For some reason I find shadowed subjects towards a lighter BG so nice!
This spring I actually had a pair of these nesting upon a wooden beam right by my entrance door,
so close that I could just rise my arm and touch them, as I was in and out through the door (not that I did of course :)!
