I just bought this property across the airport. Behind the house is the road that separates it from the beach. The house has to be reshaped and updated to a modern standart. The Mango and the Tamarind tree are included.
The main property has some 625 square meters and the empty property on left of this one has 450 square meters. I will buy that one a few month later since it belongs to the same family.
1000 square meters in residential area and close to the beach are rated some 18000 to 20000 US dollars if a house is built on it.

Thanks for all the wishes. Guestrooms, pbasers visiting ?. I read in your mind you naughty people, hehe. Seems that I wil not have a borring life once I am here. There will be guest rooms and a swimmimg pool, so, don't worry.
