This is the Monastery with the gate I posted a week ago.
This building was empty and is classified by the belgian authorities.
The European Comission bought the complex and made the bibliotec out of it.
The reading room and bookshelves are in the former church.
The chapel in the bottom end is used as a multicultural place for holding the mass of the different religions of the EC Staff

Someone wrote the he found the picture I posted of the gate somewhat too saturated.
This is not the case since one can see here clearly that the whole edifice is lighted by orange lights during the night and thus, the light shown on the former picture is shown the way it is in reality.
