Monte considers going over the wall into Mexico to look for the Blue Shack

We found this ladder near the wall on the US side. It was loaned to us by some Mexicano ranchers camped nearby on the US side. It's only about 6 feet down to the Mexican soil on the south side of the wall... The Blue Shack is behind panel 372.
