The Story of Three Bridges

20km southern Bucharest, a countryside with sand soil, at the rivermouth of Neajlov into Arges.
A rather poor zone and unlucky, because this summer the floods have taken two of their bridges. The third, which was strong and recent, has succesfully resisted. Just...it is unfinished.
These photos are a kind of brief reportage...

thank you for the story. In every country even ours you find this unbelievable mistakes of governments. But for the people who live there it must be a disaster. Your pictures is B&W are great (as usual) and I guess the unsuccesfully fisherman is your brother.
