Located about 15km North from Brasov, Harman fortification was built in the 13th century by Saxons colonists in order to protect the church from different invadors.
The church was surrounded by walls and bulwarks and had on its sides massive towers. Later addings from baroque period make this church a very interesting sample of architectural becoming in this region.
