I took this image with my Iphone 8 and had zoom into Mt St Helens and adjusted the exposure to darker side in the iPhone so Mt Adams has the same exposure. This is the result after I had download on my computer and did auto correction on the contrast. It turned into a water painting effect and thought it's very cool and the only post editing I did to the image.
This was taking from aisle seat on a Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 last night with Apple iPhone 8, 1/358s, f/1.8 at 4.0mm, iso20
