It was cold at the visitor center on Mt Aurora Skiland to view the northern light without the light noise from the city. However the moon was up and bright making extremely hard to see the full colors with the naked eyes. The camera pickup everything just like in this image.

We have not seen the northern lights yet. It is on our list. The question is where to view it from. I was thinking Iceland but this image has me considering Alaska.
