Nikon D50 Sample Shots

Still testing out the new camera. Took some of these at the downtown Farmer's Market and the rest over by the Santa Fe Train Depot.

July 24 -- added some shots I took walking around town.
July 29 -- added some shots I took walking down by the waterfront at lunchtime.

August 17 -- Took some shots of a goldfinch chick on one of our birdfeeders.

August 31 -- A few shots I took walking around Orlando one evening while on a business trip.

September 5 -- Photos of wild fire that broke out in San Diego County on Labor Day.

November 19, 2005 -- Beach at Del Mar, California

November 25, 2005 -- Out the front and back doors of my house.

Nice. Some of them look as good as film, some have that plasticky digital look. Just the nature of digital at this time. I was thinking of one of these too, but the more I look at the images from DSLR's the more I think I should wait until the images can be made more film like (i.e. lifelike). Thanks for the posting!

then , any comment you have on D50 ? I still haven't made up my mind to buy one
