A fairly rare visitor to New Hampshire. This bird has spent at least the past two summers in Monroe, NH in the Connecticut River Valley, keeping company with a herd of dairy cows. After four visits, I finally was successful in finding the crane, although the day was very foggy and it was challenging to shoot. Hope to get better images next summer if it returns.
