Casa Presidente

This huge seven thousand square meters mansion was built in 1930 and served as the summer residence of the Boza family, a very popular and well known meeting place of the Peruvian aristocracy of the glorious thirty’s.

Was used until the year 1960 and completely abandoned to it’s luck until the actual owner Mr. Juan José Gomero bought it to rescue a traditional & historic place. From 1995 to 2003 has been completely remodeled to match the splendor of it’s original republican architecture with a touch of modern art deco, including original or exact replicas of it’s interior and exterior decoration furniture.

Today is a nice Chateau, Restaurant, Spa Hotel that maintains the spirit of the glorious thirty’s in each of it’s rooms and gardens. So if you visit Lima, this could be a very nice alternative to modern lodgings places.
