The Blue Mountains are a part of the Great Dividing Range, which separates the eastern coast of Australia from the flatter and drier interior. The Blue Mountains are a popular weekend spot for Sydney-siders, and after spending one beautiful day and half of a rainy foggy day there, I can see why people like it.
