Opening Night for the Champion Frederick Keys professional baseball March 6th, 2006. Keys lost to Lynchburg Hillcats 5-3 at the Harry Grove Stadium. The Keys have a 'tradition' of losing the opening night games. Actually they lost every opening game in the last ten years, including year when they won a second Carolina League Champion.
