When this was taken, the tallest structure in downtown Renton was the public parking garage next to the transit center. I'm standing at the highest point on that structure where one can walk or drive. There are some taller structures (office buildings) in Renton, but none is "downtown." The former city hall building could be considered to be downtown, but for purposes of a cute title I am ruling it out. The hill in the background is definitely not downtown, even though it is close thereto.
