Worst weather of the trip: snow and fog

Utah Highway 31

This is the unnamed pass referred to in the altimeter photo. The small green sign
says "Summit 9655 Feet." The red flags are road-edge markers for snowplow drivers.
This is the worst driving weather I encountered on the trip.

Wow, this reminds me of my days in Rochester! Once had an engine freeze out near Naples, NY. It was a rented car, so I just hitched a ride home and called the rental company to come get its car.

Is it always snowy or just summit the time?

I will confirm that the heater was engaged, but Joe Tripod's situation is a private matter.

Come on, Lee. You'd give your right arm to be here right now.

Brrrr! The red flags add to the cold feel of this scene. Where is T.Joe,sprawled out on the back seat with the music and heater turned up to max?!

Yeah, but makes for a great photo. Voted.
