Follow the curving watercourse to the left

Near Delicate Arch (Arches National Park)

Note the many small watercourses feeding the large one that I am using as my pathway. Beyond
the mini-amphitheater (previous photo) I encountered more expanses of sand, mostly covered
with you-know-what crust, as seen here. To make my way through it I reverted to following
the major watercourses that indirectly linked the islands of bedrock.
