Not what it appears to be

This decrepit building, located in central Washington State, seems to be
rotting away. What is not apparent is that this is merely a shell for
the real building inside. The "decaying look" took years to perfect,
but PBase, in concert with the best of Hollywood's set designers,
fabricated this shell to house its facility for managing gallery
passwords. Beneath the ground-level access lobby there are 17 levels
of basements, all constructed without the knowledge of the local community.
This password processor works in conjunction with the access controller
( http://www.pbase.com/listorama/image/56132711 ) to ensure that surfers
can see only those images and galleries that are fit for public consumption.

Maybe that's what is meant by "reverse engineering."

My condo is built on the same basic premise but opposite. It looks great on the outside.

"Trespassing" tried to infiltrate the place---twice! I heard that now he's mopping floors about 200 feet below this site; it's a permanent assignment.

I was there the day Alto tried to get in. They carted him off to their High Security facility in High Security, Nevada.

Vern, we appreciate your compliment, but must clarify that the picture was taken in the standard manner with the standard equipment. The intent was documentation, not artistic expression. However, anything that diverts attention from the true purpose of the facility is welcomed.
