View of the viewpoint and the cliff... 20170405_8240


The view is to the northeast. The Horseshoe Bend Viewpoint is on the rim at upper right, below the small stubby tower (Tower Butte) on the horizon. The viewpoint is about a mile and a half (2 km) from my vantage point.
