At Moab, Utah, campsites are generlaly "first come, first served." Once you find a site you must hold onto it while you go off exploring. Usually this is done by occupying the site with a vehicle, trailer, or equipment. The last category includes tents, folding chairs, ice chests, and cooking equiopment (placed on a picnic table).
