The Green Weenie sits in the company of resource extraction infrastructure. What used to be just a down-sloping dirt road through here is now a huge level work area. This was where I parked, just off Long Canyon Road, to hike down to the top end of Day Canyon. This device, at the top of an oil well borehole, is called a Christmas tree
